I know this Starbucks has been understaffed for a long time. But the ones who work here like Valerie and Alex... work so hard! They're such Kind people that really try.
I love this location period.
Don't expect fast... but beautiful views and a good drink. -

What a joke this Starbucks is. The whole staff should be fired or re trained. The service or should I say lack of is the worst service we have ever had. It's a dirty location. They aren't open when the hours state they should be. Ordered are never done correctly. It's a joke. Safe yourself
And go to Mojos down the street. This place needs to restaff.. til that time should
Close.. the manger is a bully and needs to learn customer service skills or at least people skills. -

The staff is very nice but it's always understaffed on holiday weekends, which is when I roll through. I don't understand. They are on a main travel way from San Antonio to Dallas and the only Starbucks on this route and rarely do they have more than 2 employees. The waits are ridiculous. They often stop taking orders because they are so far behind.
I actually used to live across the street from this location when it first opened. At that time, this location was your typical speedy Starbucks and as the years pass, the speed decreases. -

Spoke too soon. Ordered caramel ribbon frapp. No whip. Extra crunch. So it's like extra whip. And zero caramel in the drink. It literally tastes like kinda sweet whipped cream. Which is a big disappointment. They didn't have any croissants and Monday I ordered this drink but somehow got a cocoa cloud thing which was gross but the kind was so long and the barista looked so defeated. Ugh.

I will start off by saying most of the staff is friendly. But just like any place, you're going to have your bad apples. I'm talking about you, barista guy wearing his sunglasses inside while heating the food items. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude when I asked about my missing food items. I do believe this place has poor training. I come here a lot on my work breaks and to save time I always place mobile orders ahead of time. If I get a food item, 1 of 2 things happens. Either they forget it and I have to ask which requires them finding the mobile order slip tossed somewhere on the counter, or they don't have the food I ordered and I have to pick something else. I can tell there is a huge lack of communication between staff. I was waiting for 20 minutes past the pick up time of my mobile order and one of the baristas assumed another one was taking care of it. No, she left without telling anyone. This particular Starbucks definitely needs some help. It is always pretty dirty when you go in. And that could be because they're understaffed and no one has time to clean the tables and floors and everywhere else, but something needs to happen. I get it, I've worked retail and have been in management while horribly understaffed. It's hard to care or want to go above and beyond when you're stretched so thin. So I believe their corporate needs to come in and take care of this place.
